Job Description :
Title: Full Time Human Resources Associate
Reports to: Human Resources Director
Pay Rate: $42,000-$50,000

Position Overview:
Provide administrative and technical support services in the day to day activities within the areas of the Human Resources Office of Temporary and Part-Time Employment.
Facilitate candidate interview dates, with pulling resumes, sending elinks; prescreening candidates, notifying candidates and ensuring relevant information is collected and recorded. Facilitation of interview schedules.
Assist with pulling reports and updating applicant and candidate information in Kenexa online applicant tracking system.
Enter, update and maintain all required data relevant to applicants for temporary positions.
Assist with orientation and on-boarding preparation collection and proofing of paperwork and supporting documents
Provide general phone line support as necessary.
Provide direction to employees on completing routine on boarding forms, change forms; send forms via email to employees and internal departments.
Completing all employment verifications, Legal requests, salary garnishments on behalf of Temporary & PT staff
Assist in the ordering of office supplies ensuring we have the items needed to service employees; Place calls to assist with the maintenance of the printers, ID machine and water cooler as well as office maintenance requests
Provide general office support as needed
Responsible for partnering with the business on a client population for recruitment and ongoing support needs.

Qualification Requirements

Qualification Requirements :
Candidate must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19.
High School Diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
One year minimum Human Resources office experience required;
Must be a team player
Demonstrated ability to work with large volumes of information and have excellent attention to detail.
Ability to think critically, ability to multi-task, prioritize work and adhere to deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform routine processes accurately and efficiently.
Ability to work well with limited supervision and work remotely as needed
